French streamers Owen Cenazandotti, known online as Naruto, and Safine Hamadi have received suspended prison sentences for repeatedly attacking and humiliating Jean Pormanove during livestreams. A court in Nice, France, gave Naruto a two-year suspended sentence and a €15,000 fine, while Safine received an 18-month suspended sentence and a €5,000 fine. The court also banned both men from posting content online for six months. They will not go to prison unless they break the court’s rules or commit another offense.

Naruto and Safine avoid jail as court hands down suspended sentences
The case was about thousands of hours of livestreams made between 2023 and 2025. The broadcasts were first shown on Twitch and later on Kick.
During the streams, Pormanove and another man, Stéphane G., known as Coudoux, were shown being treated violently. The broadcasts included people slapping, kicking, whipping and hitting them with different objects. They were also soaked with water, insulted and hit with paintball projectiles.
