The heavyweight boxer – known as the Gypsy King – delivered a stunning performance when he took on American Deontay Wilder infront of a worldwide audience last night.

It was a much anticipated clash following a previous battle between the two resulting in a draw 14 months earlier.

The towel came in at the seventh round, with Fury claiming victory.

However, in his earlier career, Fury enjoyed matches at a more local level, including at the Hand Stadium in Clevedon.

In July 2012 he took to the boxing ring at the town’s Hand Arena where he took on and beat another American - Vinny Maddalone.

Tyson, 31, thrilled the 2,500 strong sell-out crowd which was televised on Channel 5.
