Ukrainian troops to march in London’s VE Day parade

• Ukrainian troops will participate in London's VE Day procession alongside UK forces, marking the 80th anniversary of the Allied victory over the Nazis.
• This inclusion symbolises global support for Ukraine's defense against Russia's invasion, the UK’s Ministry of Defence says.
• The Ukrainian contingent comprises personnel training in Britain under Operation Interflex, a UK-led program that has trained over 54,000 Ukrainian recruits.
• The procession will include around 1,000 UK service personnel and will be witnessed by WWII veterans.
