Why this Nottingham Forest hero could be managing Kylian Mbappe soon

Former Nottingham striker David Johnson has reportedly been headhunted to manage David Beckham's clients in the new agency the England star has set up.

Beckham set up Footwork Management Limited in June and according to the Daily Mail has appointed Johnson to manage his clients.

The Jamaican international spent five years at the Reds after the turn of the Millenium, netting 46 times in 148 games.

His son, Brennan, is on the books of Forest and made his League debut at the beginning of the campaign.

Beckham wants Paris Saint-Germain and France star Kylian Mbappe as his first major client, with the former Manchester United and Real Madrid winger turning out for the Parisiens toward the end of his career.

Johnson also turned out for Ipswich Town and brought his career to and end at Hucknall Town.
