Why the Rockets’ biggest X-factor against the Warriors is P.J. Tucker

Yes, you read that headline right: P.J. Tucker — not Chris Paul or James Harden — is the player who could tip the scales for the Houston Rockets in their playoff series against their rivals, the Golden State Warriors.

After his Game 4 performance in which Tucker was the center in Mike D’Antoni’s “South Beach Five” lineup with four other guards including Paul and Harden, you could see what the veteran forward means to this team — he plays defense, grabs key rebounds and can make threes when he gets the ball beyond the arc.

Our Charles Curtis breaks it all down as the Rockets and Warriors prepare for Game 5.
