Why Teradyne Shares Are Trading Higher By More Than 20%; Here Are 20 Stocks Moving Premarket

Shares of Teradyne Inc (NASDAQ:TER) rose sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company announced better-than-expected third-quarter results and issued strong forecast for the current quarter.

Teradyne reported quarterly earnings of 85 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 79 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $769.210 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $743.776 million.

Teradyne shares jumped 20.7% to $174.50 in the pre-market trading session.

  • Profusa Inc (NASDAQ:PFSA) gained 72.8% to $0.50 in pre-market trading. The California-based, commercially active digital health company said it has completed key manufacturing initiatives, creating production capacity to supply more than twice the units needed to meet its 2026 revenue goals for Lumee tissue oxygen monitoring systems.
  • Founder Group Ltd (NASDAQ:FGL) surged 59.4% to $0.72 in pre-market trading after adding 28% on Tuesday.
  • Vsee Health Inc (NASDAQ:VSEE) rose 44.3% to $1.53 in pre-market trading. VSee, a Massachusetts-based telehealth company, earned FedRAMP High authorization from the Department of Health and Human Services, allowing federal agencies to use its platform where the standard is required.
  • 22nd Century Group Inc (NASDAQ:XXII) surged 33.1% to $2.01 in pre-market trading after the company received $9.5 million in cash proceeds from a settlement with its insurer for business interruption claims related to the Grass Valley incident.
  • Genenta Science SPA (NASDAQ:GNTA) rose 31.7% to $3.16 in pre-market trading after dipping 28% on Tuesday. Genenta Science recently announced a $15 million registered direct offering of American Depositary Shares at $3.50 each.
  • Trinseo PLC (NYSE:TSE) gained 22.6% to $1.83 in pre-market trading. Trinseo will host a conference call to discuss its third quarter financial results on Friday, Nov. 7.
  • STRATA Skin Sciences Inc (NASDAQ:SSKN) gained 19.3% to $2.30 in pre-market trading following Mexican regulatory approval for its TheraClearX acne treatment system.
  • Bloom Energy Corp (NYSE:BE) gained 18.7% to $134.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter earnings and revenue.
  • Olympic Steel Inc (NASDAQ:ZEUS) surged 18.3% to $35.30 in pre-market trading. Ryerson and Olympic Steel announced a merger agreement.

  • Stride Inc (NYSE:LRN) tumbled 36.4% to $97.69 in pre-market trading after the company provided second-quarter sales guidance below analyst estimates.
  • Varonis Systems Inc (NASDAQ:VRNS) declined 30.1% to $44.06 in pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter revenue below estimates and provided fourth-quarter guidance below expectations.
  • Akebia Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:AKBA) fell 29.9% to $2.17 in pre-market trading after the company said it will not initiate the VALOR trial following a lack of alignment with the FDA on trial design for Vafseo in CKD non-dialysis patients.
  • MSP Recovery Inc (NASDAQ:MSPR) shares dipped 29.2% to $0.67 in pre-market trading after jumping more than 15% on Tuesday.
  • Scage Future – ADR (NASDAQ:SCAG) dipped 21.6% to $2.00 in pre-market trading.
  • Moolec Science SA (NASDAQ:MLEC) fell 21% to $0.50 in pre-market trading after declining around 7% on Tuesday.
