Russell Martin insists he still "feels supported" from within Rangers despite pressure increasing on him following today's draw at Falkirk.
Martin's side were pegged back by the Bairns after Bojan Miovski's first half opener, which arguable came against the run of play. Henry Cartwright's strike deflected up off John Souttar and away from Jack Butland to earn the home side a deserved point.
It means Rangers have now won just one game from seven Premiership attempts and now sit 11 points behind leaders Hearts, and nine behind Celtic.
The head coach has regularly talked about how he is attempting to build a team at Ibrox in his style and that will take time. But he is under scrutiny because of how poor results have been.
He insists suggestions he should focus on 'just winning' for now before then improving the style of play are wide of the mark.
Martin told Sky Sports: "I hear everyone saying it all the time, 'you just have to win.' You also have to have a way to win and a way to learn and grow and develop.

"You can't just win sustainably in my opinion. You can't just win. Also you can't just win if you don't have like a team of seasoned men with thousands of games under their belt collectively that know and understand. We haven't got that.
"We've got a lot of young players that are growing into it. And they need a lot of help. My job is to keep trying to help them and I'll do it until I'm told not to."
Asked if 'until I'm told not to' could mean his future is under review, he added: "I said we're going to have to win whilst building. And we're building without the results we currently want. So I understand it. I understand it. And that's part of this job, of any football club, more scrutiny and intensity here than most places I've worked.
"But this is what we have to deal with. And I'll do that to the best of my ability until I'm told not to, like I said.
"You can ask me about my future, you've done it many, many times already this season as have many. But it's the same answer all the time. I can't control that. I don't have any control of that.
"I felt really well supported from everyone, including today, this morning. So I'll just keep focusing on what I can control, which is the players, the work, and we need to try and be better than we are."
