The Baltimore Ravens have selected Oklahoma Wide Receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown with the 25th overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Electric is the only way to describe Marquise Brown. He has absolutely game changing speed that has been compared to players like DeSean Jackson and Tyreek Hill. Along with that speed, he is also an underrated route runner who understands how to create space and get open.
He is a bit of a risk in the first round with his lisfranc injury and smaller frame but the upside and potential are there with Brown.
For the Ravens, taking the chance on Brown could turn out to be quite beneficial. He has all the ability to be a great player and playmaker in this league. He was stellar last season and he could bring that ability to the Ravens offense. With his and Lamar Jackson’s abilities matched together, they could be an explosive and fast offense.
