Why Panthers fans should be excited about Greg Little

The Carolina Panthers selected Ole Miss offensive tackle Greg Little with the 37th overall pick in their 2019 NFL Draft.

Little is anything but, as his six-foot-five, 310-pound frame comes with 35 1/4-inch arms and 10 1/4-inch hands. He is a natural athlete who can move well laterally and has a good kickslide. He can advance to the second level and pull pretty well, too. Little plays with a wide base and packs a solid punch at the initial point of contact.

Though he needs to add some more strength to his frame, he has the physical tools of a starting offensive tackle.

Carolina needed some help on the offensive line to help protect Cam Newton, and they definitely found that in Little. The Ole Miss alum has the potential to play as both a left and right tackle, and he will likely end up starting right away for the Panthers at either position.
