Why Nottingham Forest vs Wolves is not on TV and how to follow Carabao Cup

Nottingham Forest take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at the City Ground in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night (7.45pm kick-off).

The Reds haven't reached the last four of the competition in 30 years but they have a rich history in it. They've gone all the way to the final six times in their history, lifting the League Cup on four of those occasions.

Wolves are no strangers to success in this competition either, having won it twice, but the last of those victories came 43 years ago. This is the deepest they have gone in the tournament since 1996, the last time they reached the quarters.

The Carabao Cup offers a welcome respite from the relegation battle that both clubs are fighting in the Premier League. Although avoiding the drop to the second tier is their biggest goal this season, a win tonight would bring either side one step closer to a rare shot at glory.

Here is some key information for those not able to get to the game but wanting to follow the action.

Is Nottingham Forest vs Wolves being shown live on TV?

No, the game will not be broadcast live on television, as Sky Sports have selected Southampton vs Manchester City as their live match. It is, however, being aired overseas on ESPN, DAZN, beIN Sports and SuperSport, among others. A full list of international broadcasters showing the game can be found here.

Fans will be able to watch highlights of the game on their mobile devices via the Sky Sports app shortly after full-time. Highlights will also be uploaded to the EFL's YouTube channel.
