Why no designated Europe section?

As a British subject living in Germany, I’m more than disappointed by the Guardian’s European coverage. With the revamp of your website, you missed a golden opportunity to show your support for the UK being a part of Europe. We now have the section on your web page “From the UK” but from there we jump to “Around the world” as though Europe is just another part of “the world” and nothing special. But of course it is special. We’re in a European Union. There are enough detractors from the European ideal in the British press. It’s a shame that the Guardian, of all papers, has missed an opportunity to proactively push a European mindset through its website structure. Maybe there is still time to change?
