Manchester United will be without Luke Shaw for their Premier League fixtures against West Ham and Everton.
The defender was booked in the first half of United's fixture with Wolves, bringing down Diogo Jota outside the area after he had raced clear.
The challenge was needed to prevent Wolves going into a 2-1 lead, after Jota had cancelled out Scott McTominay's opener for United.
But it meant that Shaw will now receive a two-game suspension for picking up his tenth yellow card of the season, and he will miss the visit of West Ham on April 13 and the trip to Everton on April 21.
Frustratingly, had Shaw gone throughout the game at Molineux without getting booked, his previous nine yellow cards would have been wiped out as the deadline for the two-match suspension would have passed by the time United are next in Premier League action.
But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can use the suspension to his advantage, as he will now have longer to prepare for both legs of the Champions League quarter final with Barcelona, which take place either side of the West Ham fixture.
