BBC Breakfast's Louise Minchin has been keeping her fans updated following her exit from the broadcaster's flagship morning show.
The presenter hosted the show for the last time on Wednesday, September 15 after 20 years on the red sofa, and received an emotional send off from her colleagues.
Louise, who first joined the BBC in 2001 as a freelance presenter and journalist, before replacing Sian Williams as a regular anchor in 2006, explained she was looking forward to later alarms and being able to do the school run.

Rumour has it Louise could be heading to Gwrych Castle for this year's I'm A Celebrity after her departure, but the star has already been spending lots of times in Wales.
Since her BBC Breakfast exit Louise, who has taken part in various triathlons, has been enjoying swimming events.
Just a few weeks ago the 53-year-old shared her medal from The Big Bala Swim race in Llyn Tegid, and this weekend Louise challenged herself to a swim alongside The Merthyr Mermaid at The Dyfi 13km, which is the longest estuary swim event in the UK.
Sharing a string of pictures on Twitter, she wrote: "I can't believe I swam 13km today, massively helped by an incoming tide and @herspirituk friends and @swimcathswim who somehow persuaded me it was a good idea.
"Now I just have to be able to run that far again! Thanks to @aberdoveyswim for an epic experience I LOVED it."
