Kourtney Kardashian has undertaken tongue therapy as she looks to take her relationship with Travis Barker to another level.
The 41-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has seen her romance with the Blink-182 drummer heat up in recent weeks and her lifestyle brand, Poosh, has promoted that she is embracing exercising her tongue.
While there may be some think that there is a naughty reason for taking on tongue therapy but it would seem there are some big life improving reasons why it is becoming part of her health and wellbeing routine.
According to the site, Kourtney has been working with The Breathe Institute on myofunctional therapy, which is the formal name for these tongue exercises.
It is thought that by strengthening her tongue and relaxing her neck muscles, it can give a better airway, which helps with snoring and sleeping well.
The reality star now undertakes daily exercises with her tongue, and it is apparently working wonders with her "breathing habits".
The KUWTK star has been working to get the "ideal tongue position", which sees it resting easily against the roof of the mouth, with the tip of the tongue just behind the front teeth.
This naturally enforces healthy nasal breathing as well as aiding with chewing, swallowing, and speaking functions.
Kourtney's attempts to improve as her relationship develops with 45-year-old Travis comes after he shared a sweet note that she wrote to him last month.
The musician shared the handwritten message from his new girlfriend on his Instagram Story and it would seem that the couple are not going to hold back on their experiences together.
The note from Kourt states: "To lots of fun adventures. May we destroy each other completely. Love, Kourtney."
It would seem that this all starts by Kourtney getting her tongue in order to help embrace the new relationship.
