Braga hero Ricardo Horta reckons the ball's light weight was why he was able to deceive Kasper Schmeichel in their historic win at Celtic.
Celtic crashed to a shock 2-0 defeat in their second Europa League game as Braga became the first Portuguese side to win at Parkhead after a dozen previous attempts.
Veteran Danish keeper Schmeichel was heavily criticised for conceding Horta's long range opener and Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers admitted that the former Leicester City would be 'disappointed' by the goal.
But Horta has explained that he managed to get the ball to move in the air because of the weight of the official UEFA football.
He said: "Europa League balls are actually lighter and they have different spins.
"So I decided to try my luck and it resulted in a goal. It was a very important victory.

"We wanted to build on our first game, where we beat Feyenoord, because in this format, it's so important to collect as many points as early as possible.
"We all put in a strong team performance and I want to congratulate my teammates.
"I wasn't aware of the history behind the win - we were only caring about getting the three points.
"But if we have made a milestone for Portuguese football, then that is a bonus."
