Don't lose your head - Love Island may not be on TV this evening but you can still get your dose of action from the hottest villa on telly.
Here's why Love Island isn't on this evening:
For scheduling and practical reasons the show is only filmed for six episodes a week. Producers often edit right up to airing with some episode being so dramatic they squeeze in an extra time.
Also, usually the villa is 24 hours ahead in real life but by Friday (which usually signals a dumping or a live element with presenter Caroline Flack) the time window has been smashed so Saturday's day off is a chance to recoup precious minutes.
Another reason is that those working on the show in Mallorca get some valuable down time.
But don't despair, those producers aren't going to pie you off on a Saturday evening - there is an Unseen Bits show for you to get crackin on with Bev.
Narrated by Iain Stirling, the hour long show is made up of bits which never made it into the main edit show.
So get your eggs in ITV 2's basket at 9pm this evening.
