'Why is this team 100 times better than vs Spurs?' Man City fans can't believe Guardiola lineup

Pep Guardiola has named a strong lineup for today's Premier League game with Crystal Palace.

Manchester City are just two points behind Liverpool in the race for the Premier League title, albeit with a game in hand.

And Guardiola's men take on Crystal Palace before the Reds host Chelsea at Anfield - arguably their toughest game in the run-in.

But by the looks of Guardiola's team selection, the Spaniard is prioritising the Premier League, over the Champions League.

Guardiola left Kevin de Bruyne and Leroy Sane on the bench for the Champions League quarter-final first leg with Tottenham on Wednesday, while Fabian Delph was named as the left-back in the team.

It was an interesting team selection, and a Son Heung-min strike late on secured a first leg advantage for Spurs ahead of the second leg at the Etihad on Tuesday night.

The lineup left some Man City fans scratching their heads, with Tottenham taking the initiative.

And Guardiola's decision for the match up at Selhurst Park has left the City fans once again asking questions of their successful manager.
