Why Iraq is back on American television

It took the deaths of two CBS crew and the injury to correspondent Kimberly Dozier to put the war back at the top of prime-time television news in the USA, claim TV journalists. They tell the Los Angeles Times that until the deaths the amount of time devoted to Iraq had fallen dramatically. This view is supported by research from the Tyndall Report tracking service which has found that the amount of time devoted to Iraq on America's three major television networks has fallen nearly 60% since 2003.
