Three years ago former management accountant Richard Edlmann left his London job to buy the Ring of Bells Inn, in North Bovey, Dartmoor. The pub is a focal point in the village, and with plenty of good suppliers on the doorstep, Edlmann focuses on providing quality food. He wanted an online package that allowed him to do his paperwork in his own time, and found Xero gave him the right balance between managing the books and concentrating on the business.
