Why every fashion editor wants to imitate Miuccia Prada's style

She’s one of the chicest women in the world, with a wardrobe (and jewellery collection) to sacrifice your children’s inheritance for.

Miuccia Prada not only designs the clothes we all want to wear, she’s the woman fashion editors want to dress like, too.

After every catwalk bow, and at every red carpet do, all eyes are on the 69-year-old to catch a glimpse of her latest look. From pleated skirts worn with a simple cashmere knit and diamanté headband, to a zingy orange skirt with dangling plastic bits, to bonkers banana earrings (yes, it was Mrs P who started that unlikely trend), the Milanese designer’s wardrobe is a crib sheet for cool.

There’s even an Instagram account devoted to her fabulous style. Follow @whatmiuccia for tips, tricks and downright wacky wardrobe inspo.
