Ed Sheeran is one of the biggest names on the planet when it comes to entertainment, but the musician always finds time for his beloved football club.
The 'Shape Of You' hitmaker is a die-hard Ipswich Town and when his hectic schedule allows it Mr Sheeran loves to go and cheer on the Tractorboys at Portman Road.
Ipswich took on Tottenham Hotspur under-21s in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday night, and with his record-breaking Divide tour recently coming to an end, the popular star decided to head down to watch his beloved Blues.
His tour went on for around two-and-a-half years and include seven nights at Wembley Stadium before coming to a close with four nights in Ipswich's Chantry Park last month.
With his homecoming show all done and dusted, it's time for the popstar to enjoy some downtime as he embarks on an 18-month break where he may well become a far more regular sight at Ipwich Town's fixtures.
However for those of you who were hoping to rub shoulders with the 28-year-old, you're likely to be disappointed.
Sheeran owns a box at Portman Road meaning that you're unlikely to run into him on a matchday.
But with a handful of Wembley dates under his belt, I'm sure Ipswich's supporters won't mind if Sheeran can be the catalyst to lead the Tractorboys to EFL Trophy glory and a day out at the 90,000 stadium later on in the season.
