The only NFL owner to vote against the Raiders' move to Las Vegas doesn't think Mark Davis did all he could to stay in Oakland, Calif.
Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross cast the lone "no" vote when owners voted 31-1 Monday to approve Davis' move to Las Vegas in 2020.
"My position today was that we as owners and as a League owe it to the fans to do everything we can to stay in the communities that have supported us until all options have been exhausted," Ross said in a statement. "I want to wish Mark Davis and the Raiders organization the best in Las Vegas."
For what it's worth, Ross' Dolphins also have won their last six games at the Oakland Coliseum.
