Three junctions on the M25 have been targeted by protesters for a third time in a week.
Junctions three, in Kent, nine, in Surrey, and 28, near Brentwood were all held up by climate protesters on the morning of Friday, September 17.
The climate protesters are part of the group 'Insulate Britain'. Around 79 protesters attempted to block to the motorways just hours after their release from police custody following a similar, earlier protest.
Surrey Police officers have confirmed 14 people have been arrested at junction nine.

The protests are to promote the groups efforts in demanding Government action on home insulation.
According to the group's website, they have two demands:
- "That the UK government immediately promises to fully fund and take responsibility for the insulation of all social housing in Britain by 2022."
- "That the UK government immediately promises to produce within four months a legally binding national plan to fully fund and take responsibility for the full low-energy and low-carbon whole-house retrofit, with no externalised costs, of all homes in Britain by 2030 as part of a just transition to full decarbonisation of all parts of society and the economy."
The group have also spotlighted their petition to Government, which currently holds 2,594 signatures.
For a response from Government, the petition needs to reach 10,000 signatures.
Grant Shapps, Secretary of State for Transport, said "This is dangerous and counterproductive. We all agree that climate change must be tackled, but this sort of behaviour achieves nothing, puts drivers at risk and increases pollution. I expect the police to take swift action to clear the roads."
Home Secretary Priti Patel has also condemned the protests which have brought traffic to a halt, calling the protesters "selfish" and that the "guerrilla tactics" they use "detract from their cause.
