The Indianapolis Colts selected Ohio State wide receiver Parris Campbell with the 59th overall pick.
Campbell is a very athletic receiver who can line up in the slot and on the outside. He ran a blazing 4.31 40-yard dash at the Combine, and his breakaway speed and acceleration off the snap are reflective of the time. He is a fluid mover in space who can evade tacklers very well.
While not incredibly polished as a route runner, he has the athleticism to develop into a good one.
The Colts have needed another reliable receiver alongside T.Y. Hilton for years, but they now have that player in Campbell. He will add more speed to an offense that now has another talented weapon for Andrew Luck.
