Bristol’s own Siânnise Fudge is now one of the favourites in a two-horse race to be crowned the winner of Winter Love Island, after she and her beau Luke came through the Casa Amor test unscathed.
The cheeky Bristolian and her couple-up partner Luke Trotman went their separate ways when the Casa Amor alternative villa was opened, but both decided they wanted to stick together and were .
And because they and only one other couple - Finley and Paige - also survived the Casa Amor test - those two are now the bookies’ favourites to win the whole contest.
Finley and Luke both made it clear from entering Casa Amor that they would be sticking with their other halves, and that is how it transpired with Paige and Siânnise doing the same.
Now the two pairs have emerged as the clear favourites for victory, according to online bookmaker OddsMonkey.
Finley and Paige are the couple who have been together the longest, after Callum Jones and Shaughna Phillips – who had been together since the first show – split up after he instead coupled up with Molly Smith.
Another pair who had been favourites, but were undone by Casa Amor were Nas Majeed and Demi Jones, after he also decided to re-couple with Eva Zalpico.
“Casa Amor has shaken things up, going in and Callum and Shaugna were firm favourites but now they are nowhere to be seen,” said OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton.
“Finley and Paige are hugely popular now, and have been backed into Evens to win and the only couple who are rated anywhere near them are Luke & Siânnise – who are seeing a lot of interest too.
“It remains to be seen if previous favourites Nas and Callum will be just as popular in their new couples, and they are both seeing some interest,” he added.
