Alex Telles was hooked at half-time during Manchester United's win over Wolves and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has explained the decision was purely tactical.
Marcus Rashford sealed a last gasp win for the hosts when his deflected strike left Rui Patricio wrong-footed.
It was a cruel blow for Nuno Espirito Santo's side but United won't be complaining after they moved second in the Premier League thanks to the result.
Wolves had kept United frustrated for the majority of the game and even had some decent opportunities themselves.
It meant Solskjaer's hand was forced at half-time and he decided to replace Alex Telles with Luke Shaw.

The Brazilian joined on transfer deadline day but, barring an impressive debut against Paris Saint-Germain, has yet to really impress.
In 11 appearances, the 27-year-old has registered zero goals and only one assist. His stats are of a stark contrast to last season when he produced 13 goals and 12 assists in 49 appearances for Porto. His attacking instincts one of the main reasons United recruited him.
At full-time Solskjaer explained his decision to replace Telles with Shaw at the interval was a tactical one.

"It was more of a shift in the positions and a different dynamic again," said the United boss.
"Alex should be OK."
Prior to kick-off Solskjaer had also been discussing Shaw's qualities. The left-back, when fit, has played well Under the Norwegian.

“Luke is one of those lads with strength and power and quality, and of course down the left-hand side he's created a good relationship with Marcus [Rashford]," Solskjaer said of the left-back.
“Against Leicester, Paul [Pogba] came in on the left and I think that changed the dynamic a little bit and that pushed Luke on more and he had to go more then because if you don't have a wide man in front of you then it's the full-back's responsibility.
“I think he grasps that now. Sometimes he's got to stay back more and sometimes he's the one that goes.
“I’ve enjoyed working with Luke for a couple of seasons now and he's a very talented boy that I still want to push on.
“We know we have loads of games in a short space of time, but Wolverhampton have got an even shorter turnaround this time, but they didn't have a midweek game [last week].”
