Why 49ers fans should be excited about Nick Bosa

The San Francisco 49ers have selected former Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa with the 2nd overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Bosa is an extremely talented pass rusher who will be an instant impact starter in the NFL. His ability as a pass rusher is unmatched in this class and he is really refined with great quickness off of the line. He just has it all with athleticism, strength, and motor and he should be an excellent pass rusher in the NFL for multiple years. Just like his brother, Nick Bosa will be an instant contributor in the league.

For the 49ers, taking the chance on Bosa could turn out to be quite beneficial. He is an elite pass rusher who can change a game in an instant. For a team that is in a division with Jared Goff, Russell Wilson, and now Kyler Murray, adding a pass rusher with his ability is a big plus to the team.

The 49ers now have an excellent defensive line that is among the best in the NFL. A group with Dee Ford and Bosa on the ends is pretty exciting going forward.
