It's time to unveil the winner of the Manchester Evening News autumn photo contest.
Last month, we asked you to send in your best pictures of Greater Manchester in autumn, and you didn't let us down. We had some fantastic submissions, and you voted for your top three.
We've seen a great variety of shots, including cute animal pictures, city centre captures and more scenic views in parks, all showing glorious different sides to autumn in Manchester.

Now we can reveal the winners of our contest. In third place was Gemma De Cet's "Colours of Autumn", a close-up of the variety of autumn leaves.

Runner-up was Rachel Holland from Rochdale, who submitted her gorgeous portrait-formatted "Autumn Sunset at Hollingworth Lake".

But the runaway winner was Anthony Henderson from Partington, who gave us his stunning landscape, "Carrington Moss at Sunset".

Congratulations to all our finalists, and especially to Anthony. And look out for more photo contests in the coming months.
