Who won Love Island 2025? Season 12 comes to an end

Love Island season 12 has come to an end - (ITV)

Another season of Love Island has been and gone, providing us with a summer’s worth of lust, love and drama.

Season 12 has thrown up many highlights, but none more so than an epic finale.

But who became the king and queen this season?

Who won Love Island?

Toni and Cach were announced as the winners of Love Island 2025 by presenter Maya Jama on Monday in the season finale.

The couple decided to split the £50,000 prize money between them after winning the public vote for Series 12 of the show.

Once their names were called, the couple shared an embrace and thanked the British public for voting for them.

Couple Shakira and Harry came in second place, but were visibly happy for the winning couple, congratulating and cheering for them.

Yasmin and Jamie came in third place and Angel and Ty came in fourth place.

Toni and Cach’s Love Island journey was not smooth-sailing – the pair coupled up after Casa Amour, but Toni later decided to couple up with another boy, Harrison, instead of Cach.

Things didn’t work out between Harrison and Toni – she ended things with him when she realised he still had feelings for Lauren.

Toni and Cach eventually coupled up again, leading them to become the winning couple after eight weeks of the show.

Dancer Cash previously starred on reality TV show Are You The One? UK, which aired on MTV in 2022. The show brought together a group of 10 singles to find their scientifically chosen matches for a £200,000 prize which could be won for coupling up correctly by the end of the series.

Three years later, he was won Love Island by coupling up with Toni - Love Island UK’s first American contestant – she is from Connecticut in the US and worked as a Las Vegas pool cabana server before starring on the show.

On Monday ITV confirmed Love Island All Stars will continue for a third series in 2026 which will see fan favourite Love Island contestants return to the villa to find love again.

Previous Love Island winners have included Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti (Season 8), Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer (Season 4), Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies (Season 3), who have since split up.

Couples who, despite not winning, remain together include Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen (Season 2), Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury (Season 5) and Dami Hope and Indiyah Polack (Season 8).
