Who will win the Arab-American vote in US polls?

Who will win the Arab-American vote in US polls?

Their roots lie in the Middle East and North Africa, and they make up about one percent of the nation.

Arab-American voters have been on the agenda of US presidential candidates from both Democrats and Republicans as they struggled to win their backing.

In 2000, the majority of Arab-Americans voted for George W Bush and eight years later, Barack Obama was their presidential choice.

Both past candidates they backed won the presidetial vote and took over the office.

Al Jazeera's John Hendren reports from Dearborn, Michigan.
