Who will Katie Taylor fight next? Manager Eddie Hearn on the possible opponents for the Bray boxer

Katie Taylor cemented her position as the biggest name in women's boxing with a resounding points victory over Miriam Gutierrez in London on Saturday night.

The Bray boxer oozed class throughout and put on a clinic to extend her professional record to 17-0 and retain her lightweight crown.

Now fight fans are keen to see who will be next in the ring for the former Olympic gold medallist.

Speaking after last night's fight, Taylor's promoter Eddie Hearn discussed a range of options.

Hearn said: "There isn't anyone she wouldn't fight, you can go through them.

"We've tried for the [Amanda] Serrano fight, we love the winner of [Cecilia] Brækhus against [Jessica] McCaskill, that's the undisputed welterweight championship.

"You've got Chantelle Cameron I think will be undisputed soon at 140, that's a big fight in 2021 as well.

"Natasha Jonas is up there, Terri Harper could come up from 130 when she's undisputed.

"There is just so many challenges and the great news is she wouldn't duck one of them.

"You couldn't suggest a fight that she would no say 'no' to. But she does want to push the boundaries.

"[Cris] Cyborg is a great fight, we know it's a crossover fight with MMA, but honestly there are so many different options.

The great thing with Katie and with women's boxing is that 'no' is not really an answer that the champions give."

Taylor will return to her training base in Connecticut in the next few days to enjoy her most recent success before coming home to Ireland for Christmas.

And Hearn, heaping praise on his fighter, believes Taylor could continue on for many years yet.

He said: "She's the greatest to ever do it in women's boxing, and we're just starting out! I believe she's got four five, six years. I don't want to put a number on it because she has a go at me, but there's so many more years to come.

"Nobody has ever boxed like Katie Taylor in the female code. The movement, the shot selection, the body work, the head, and the discipline that she applies to her camp life and career. I don't want to embarrass her, but she's an absolute role model to every young individual.

"Male, female, it doesn't matter. If you dedicated yourself to your passion, your dream, you can make it. There's not a day that goes by where she doesn't think about improving...

"This has been an amazing journey. Four years ago we were in the same building for her debut. I didn't know what I was doing! We were just sitting there worrying about how it was going to go.

"Now you've seen three female world championship fights on a card here. She's a global star, she has filled Madison Square Garden, Boston, Philadelphia, Millennium Stadium, Wembley Stadium. She's done it all.

"We've got so much more to do with Katie Taylor, and so much more to do with women's boxing."
