Who Wants to Be A Millionaire? is looking for contestants - how you can apply

Think you have what it takes to answer 15 questions and become a millionaire? Well now is your chance.

ITV quiz show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? is looking for contestants to take part in its new series.

The UK version of the show, which first aired in September 1998 and has gone on to become one of the most popular TV formats across the world, is currently hosted by former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson.

The format of the programme, for those of you who may have been living under a rock for the past 20 years, sees a member of the public tasked with answering increasingly difficult questions in order to win as much money as possible, up to a million pounds.

Each hopeful millionaire is given three lifelines to help them answer tricky questions - phone a friend, ask the audience and the 50/50 option.

And while it's a difficult task to answer all 15 questions correctly, it's not impossible.

There have been five winners in the UK over the past 21 years - the first being Judith Keppel back in November 2000. Below is her £1m question. Can you get it right?

If you think you have what it takes then you can apply for the show HERE .

Applications are open from until June 28 at 11.59pm and you must be 18 or over to apply.
