Who Wants to Be a Millionaire host Jeremy Clarkson delievered a series of savage jibes towards his arch enemy Piers Morgan tonight as he appeared on the show.
Jeremy started the show by saying: "The first contestant is someone I've had a few disagreements over the years."
He continued and said he'd decided to put their differences aside for the festive season, but then said: "It's the simply awful human being that is Piers Morgan. "
Piers came out laughing and said: "It did not say that on the auto cue."
Jeremy said: "It did, you should see what I'd written."
The pair continued to snipe at each other and Piers said he was surprised to hear clapping when he got an answer right as he said: "I wasn't expecting anything except blind hatred".
Piers said he was playing for the charity "Scotty's Little Soldiers" who help the children of servicemen who've died.
Jeremy said he was familiar with the charity and that made him annoyed because he now wanted Piers to make money for them.
And viewers were quick to comment on the rivalry between the pair.
Stewart said: "Nothing can top @ JeremyClarkson ripping the absolute hell outta @ piersmorgan tonight, top banter."
