Who should Chargers fans root for in Week 10?

The Chargers suffered defeat to the Raiders on Thursday night. Sitting at 4-6, their playoff chances were lessened, but it doesn’t mean they are out of the race.

With that, there are games played today that could benefit their hopes of playing in January.

Here is a rooting guide for how Chargers fans should view Sunday.

Early games of note

Bills at Browns

Buffalo is sitting with a 6-2 record, which comes by no surprise since their strength of schedule hasn’t been challenging this season. In order to free up another wild card spot, the Bills need to start losing. So, here’s to hoping that Cleveland can pull a trick up their sleeve to take care of business.

Chiefs at Titans

Kansas City is currently leading the AFC West with a 6-3 record. After two consecutive games without quarterback Patrick Mahomes, they will get him back today. If Tennessee beats the Chiefs, that’ll put the Chargers only two games back of the division before they meet up in Mexico City next Monday.

Later games of note

Dolphins at Colts

Miami showed last weekend that there are miracles after snapping their seven-game losing streak to the New York Jets last weekend. It’ll be wishful thinking for the Dolphins to make it two in a row, but a win over Indianapolis would open up some more room for a Wild Card spot.

Rams at Steelers

Currently the projected 8th seed in the AFC, a lose would push the 4-4 Pittsburgh Steelers back one or two spots.
