Leeds United winger Raphinha has put in a number of standouts performances so far this season as he continues to impress in his second year in the Premier League.
However, he alone has not been able to lift Leeds United, as the West Yorkshire continue to tether over the relegation spots.
And on Tuesday night, they were embarrassed by Manchester City, who comfortably defeated them 7-0 at the Etihad Stadium.
Liverpool fans have been hopeful that the Reds will make a move for the Brazilian in the January transfer window - with them set to be without Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane for potentially the whole of January, with the two attackers joining up with their international sides for AFCON.

And while a January move could be unlikely, the Leeds United star will likely be on the club's radar when next summer comes around.
He could even come at a cut-price, should Leeds suffer relegation to the Championship.
