Who's recruiting: Call centre jobs at Aegis and Vodafone

Indian firm Aegis is to open its European headquarters in Manchester, creating 600 call centre jobs, reports the BBC.

The Belfast Telegraph reports that 145 jobs are going to be created at a green energy firm which manufactures small scale wind turbines for farms, factories and homes.

More than 250 jobs are being created at Vodafone's Stoke-on-Trent call centre, reports This is Staffordshire.

A south Wales training provider is creating more than 30 new jobs as it embarks on a £10.7m three-year government contract, reports WalesOnline.

Around 500 new jobs will be created at Southend Airport by next summer, reports the Echo.

Eighty-five jobs will be created with the revamp of two Marks and Spencer stores in Chichester, according to the Chichester Observer.
