Along with cherished items, amazing stories and a beautiful backdrop, many BBC One viewers want to know who the voices behind the show are.

Who narrates The Repair Shop?

The Repair Shop actually has two narrators.

Series five, which is 40 episodes long and aired its final show on Friday, October 2, was narrated by Scottish actor, Bill Paterson.

He has starred in many well known television shows, including more recently BBC's hit sitcom Fleabag, where he played the father of Phoebe Waller-Bridge's character.

Bill Paterson also narrated series one, the series two Christmas special and is expected to return as narrator for series six.

The other narrator is Welsh actor Robert Pugh, who was the voice behind series two, three and four.

Robert is most known as Craster in the hugely popular HBO series Game of Thrones.
