Pep Guardiola's side claimed a 6-0 win at Wembley, and as a result became the first men's side in English football to claim a domestic treble.

Normally the game would be between the winners of the league and the winners of the cup, but following City's dominance this season, Jurgen Klopp's side will take the place as the other side after finishing runners-up to Guardiola's men.
