The Great British Bake Off waved goodbye to another contestant last night (Tuesday, November 2).
The latest Bake Off episode saw our bakers face the dreaded sticky caramel.
From caramel tarts to biscuit bars we saw the bakers try their very best to perfect their caramel making skills.

But like the cookie, one baker must crumble every week. One fabulous baker got a round of hugs and left the tent once again.
This week the judges had a tough decision - George or Lizzie to leave the tent.
As viewers awaited the results it was clear that the tent's most consistent baker Jürgen had proved himself yet again, taking home Star Baker.
Who left The Great British Bake Off last night?
The judges toyed with George or Lizzie saying the former redeemed himself with his showstopper.
In the end, the redemption was not enough as it was decided that George would leave the show.
He said: "There is a bitter-sweetness to it...my family are just so proud that I managed to get into the tent."
What is next week's Bake Off theme?
It's Free-from week - meaning the tent will be smelling of vegan and gluten-free bakes.
