Most of the offensive starters for the Pittsburgh Steelers are set. Short of a catastrophic injury, there are really only two positions battles on offense to keep an eye on. One of those battles is among the wide receivers not named JuJu Smith-Schuster.
The starting spot across from Smith-Schuster is wide open and the guy who ends up winning the spot might not even be on the team as of now. This is the question we pose to Steeler Nation today.
We are hopeful newly-signed Donte Moncrief can’t hold off James Washington and the second-year player wins the job. But if the Steelers spend a top draft pick on a wide receiver you have to assume they are doing it because they don’t have confidence in either guy to hold down the starting spot.
