The former Washington State quarterback was a sixth round pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019 before they traded him to the Eagles in 2021.

This past season, Minshew started two games and although he lost both those contests, he threw for three touchdowns. He also tossed three interceptions in the starts against the Cowboys and Saints.
