Who is Scarlett Allen-Horton in The Apprentice 2019?

Scarlett Allen-Horton is hoping to land the £250,000 investment as a contestant on the 11th series of The Apprentice.

Scarlett's from the West Midlands and is the owner of a recruitment company.

She has built up a successful career in the recruitment industry where she claims to smash goal after goal.

The 32-year-old said: "I am an achiever.

"I have been the highest performer across every workplace I have worked within."

But although she sits on years of experience, she's found that her winning asset when it comes to securing deals is her upbeat personality.

Scarlett claims that people "will often buy into her as a person" - an asset that should come in handy among her fellow contestants.

Although she's a good problem solver, she isn't afraid to admit when she's struggling.

And she welcomes a helping hand from her peers.

Scarlett can sometimes overestimate her workload - which can hold her back.

But her belief in "working the hardest and the smartest to be the best" always helps her to secure a win.

The Apprentice has returned for a 15th series with a fresh new batch of ambitious entrepreneurs.

Contestants will take on 12 tough tasks for their chance to become Lord Sugar's business partner and win the £250,000 investment.

In the series opener, we will also see contestants take on a challenge in South Africa.

The Apprentice 2019 stars on Wednesday, October 2 at 9pm on BBC One.
