Arsenal have hired their former scout Sandro Orlandelli from Manchester United, according to reports.
Orlandelli was one of the club's top scouts under Arsene Wenger and looked after South America for the Gunners.
But he left eight years ago and joined the Brazilian Football Federation eventually (CBF) before making the switch to United in 2016 under Jose Mourinho.
But who exactly is he? Here is a lowdown.
Orlandelli's background
The Sao Paulo-based scout began working with Arsenal before he graduated the University of Sao Paulo after specialising in Exercise Physiology.
He spent ten years as Arsenal South American First Team Head Scout before leaving in May 2012.
Orlandelli would become the Football Director at Paranaense Athletic Club before taking on the same role at Santos.
He became the Head Scout and Football Coach for the Brazilian Football Confederation in 2015 but only held the role for one year.
Manchester United was his destination in July 2016 and he has since spent over three years with the Red Devils as a First Team Scout.

Orlandelli's impact at Arsenal last time
Brought in by Arsenal back in 2002, Orlandelli worked as the Gunners' South American scout for ten years.
Orlandelli helped sign the likes of Denilson, Carlos Vela, Wellington Silva and Emiliano Martinez whilst at the Gunners.
Exit from United and Arsenal contact
Orlandelli was not a big fan of Mourinho and back in November he provided some criticism of the former United boss turned Tottenham head coach.
"Jose Mourinho spent so little time at Manchester United to do a job worthy of such a big club,” he said at the World Scouting Congress.
It's unknown whether these comments played any part in his exit but Brazilian journalist Marcus Alves, per Mirror Football has reported that Arsenal sporting director Edu was the man to make the push to re-sign the well known scout.

Orlandelli left United before the turn of the year and he had a parting message for the Red Devils.
He posted on Instagram: "On 31st of December 2019, it was my last day working for Manchester United.
"I'm more than grateful to have had the opportunity to work with great and high level professional people at such big clubs. Thanks a lot for everything."
