Saffron Barker is one of fourteen celebrities heading for Strictly Come Dancing 2019.
The 19-year-old, the youngest to be taking part in this year's show, is best known for being a YouTuber and will no doubt be a hit with the BBC entertainment programme's younger audience when the competition gets started.
Saffron will be the second social media star to head for the famous telly dancefloor as she follows in the footsteps of Joe Sugg who made it to the grand final in 2018 with now girlfriend Dianne Buswell.
She has been paired up with professional dancer AJ Pritchard for her time in the series and the pair seem to have already hit it off sharing behind-the-scenes rehearsal snaps and videos on Instagram and Twitter.
Speaking of social media, the beauty and lifestyle vlogger has amassed more than four million followers across her various online channels, including more than two million on YouTube and 1.2 million on Instagram.
In 2017, Saffron became a best-selling author when she released Saffron Barker Vs Real Life.
The Brighton native started her YouTube channel as a 16-year-old in 2016, shooting to fame with video series 'In My Day with Saffron Barker' and since then her videos regularly rack up hundreds of thousands of reviews.
Saffron also works with Primark on homeware ranges for the popular high-street store.
Speaking about starring in Strictly, she said: "I am really excited to go on the Strictly journey and am feeling very grateful for the opportunity!
"I'm looking forward to learning all of the dances, finding out who my partner is, getting to wear the costumes and to just experience this once in a lifetime opportunity."
