Hoping to prove that age is nothing but a number on this year's The Apprentice is Ryan-Mark Parsons.
Ryan-Mark, 19, is the young candidate on this year's show but describes himself as “a 60-year-old trapped in a teenager’s body.”
A luxury womenswear consultant from South East London, he has a passion for the finer things in life.
He said: "I like to think of myself like a handbag... this beautiful handbag embezzled in diamonds and the beautiful crocodile finish.
"But it's actually concealing something inside - and that's what I like to bring to the table.
"I'm concealing a fire and I'm not afraid to step on other people's toes."
Although he can be ruthless, one of his top assets is being able to "forge a connection with anyone."
He's always up for a good time: "I love to have fun, I love the networking, partying and things like that."
Ryan-Mark is hoping that it will be his business plan that will dazzle Lord Sugar: "The business is working on a luxury concierge service.
"So we're really taking luxury concierge into the 21st century."
He describes himself as "epitome of luxury" but his approach is less than lavish: "I love to call myself a pig in business.
"I will eat anything that comes in my way in order to get what I want.
"And I'm not afraid to make a few noises if I'm not happy."
The Apprentice has returned for an 15th series with a fresh new batch of ambitious entrepreneurs.
Contestants will take on 12 tough tasks for their chance to become Lord Sugar's business partner and win the £250,000 investment.
In the series opener, we will also see contestants take on a challenge in South Africa.
