Who is Roman Kemp in Soccer Aid 2019?

Making his Soccer Aid debut this year is Roman Kemp.

The Capital FM radio presenter will be lining up for the World XI at Stamford Bridge on Sunday night.

The 26-year-old, who was born in Los Angeles but has UK and US citizenship, is the son of Shirlie Holliman and Spandau Ballet and Eastenders star Martin Kemp.

Singer George Michael was Roman's godfather.

Roman has been a a presenter at Capital FM since 2014 and in 2016 he was social media correspondent for The X Factor.

Viewers may also recognise him from the celebrity edition of First Dates, for Stand Up to Cancer, which aired in November 2017.

This year's Soccer Aid takes place at Chelsea FC's Stamford Bridge, after previously being held at Manchester United's Old Trafford .

Soccer Aid co-founder Robbie Williams will be back alongside Mo Farah, former footballer Jamie Redknapp, TOWIE star Mark Wright, Good Morning Britain presenter Ben Shephard, fitness coach Joe Wicks and F2 Football Freestyler Jeremy Lynch.

The charity match raises money for Unicef, which helps to support the organisations vital work protecting children in the UK and globally.
