Life for Manchester United isn't quite back on track yet, but a new CEO could help bring a change to the club's fortunes.
United have appointed Richard Arnold to take over from the much-criticised Ed Woodward, who will leave on February 1.
Woodward was well known to the club's owners, the Glazers, and took over the operation in 2012.
It is a big job for Arnold, with the club not enjoying anything close to the astronomical success they regularly had when Sir Alex Ferguson managed the team.
In a season that began with aspirations of silverware, or at least qualifying for the Champions League, United currently sit seventh in the Premier League, 22 points short of local rivals and leaders Manchester City.
Stepping up, Arnold will need to make decisions that take the club back to the top once again, but while continuing the financial success Woodward brought to United.
So who is Richard Arnold?
Who is Manchester United's new chief executive Richard Arnold?

Richard Arnold is an accountant and Manchester United's former managing director. He is a Bristol University graduate, where he first met Ed Woodward, the former United executive vice chairman. Arnold graduated with a degree in biology in 1993.
The 50-year-old worked for technology company Global Crossing Europe Ltd and sales company InterVoice, before moving to United.
He has been the club's managing director since 2013 and joined the club in August 2007.
Co-chairman Joel Glazer said: "We are now looking forward to Richard and his leadership team opening a new phase in the club's evolution, with ambitious plans for investment in Old Trafford, the strengthening of our engagement with fans, and continued drive towards our most important objective - winning on the pitch."
Arnold has been recently credited with building bridges between the club and supporters after the uproar that was caused when United were among a group of clubs that attempted to form a breakaway super league.
What is Richard Arnold's net worth?

As reported by TSB News, Woodward was paid over £3million during the 2019 to 2020 season, making him the highest-paid Premier League director that year. Arnold can therefore expect a similar salary.
His current estimated net worth is believed to be around £740,000.
Woodward announced he would resign from his post in the wake of the European Super League controversy. He was due to leave at the end of the year but will now leave on February 1, presumably to help with stressors of the January transfer window.
Under the new structure in place at the club, Arnold is expected to give more responsibility to football director John Murtough, along with interim manager Ralf Rangnick and technical director Darren Fletcher.
