Who is performing at the Brits 2020? Musicians get set for huge night at O2 Arena

Always a huge night for British music, the Brit Awards are back on Tuesday with a stellar lineup of acts all getting ready to perform.

The annual event turns 40 this year and over the decades, the Brit Awards have given us some VERY memorable performances - who can forget Jarvis' Cocker stage invading Michael Jackson in 1996; Spice Girls, including Geri in THAT Union Jack dress a year later and then Robbie Williams duetting with Tom Jones in 1998?

Other surprise collaborations have included Dizzee Rascal & Florence and the Machine, Jamiroquai and Diana Ross and Pet Shop Boys, together with Lady Gaga and Brandon Flowers in 2009.

It has to be said that the Brits are a lot less raucous these days but are still guaranteed to provide plenty of talking points.

Here's who will be on stage at the O2 Arena tonight, many of them among the Brit Awards nominees.
