Hoping to make some noise on this year's series of The Apprentice is Somerset librarian Lottie Lion.
And although she sounds like a character from a children's book, Lottie says she's “VERY cut throat” - yikes.
Quoting Shakespeare, she said: "'Though she be but little, she is fierce' - and I really am."
Lottie, 19, owns an elite members' club: "I brand it as elite because it's more of a luxury experience.
"We are open to the majority of females unless they're awful company in which case we don't really want them."
But despite this, she promises that she's still friendly, chatty and approachable.
Entrepreneur Lottie thinks other candidates may misjudge her. She added: "I seem as though I have had everything handed to me on a spoon.
"I really haven't - that isn't the case."
But she will still be bringing a touch of class to this year's show.
Fighting for the £250,000 investment, Lottie said: "I don't see any point in carrying dead weight on my journey to the top.
"Lion by name, lion by nature.
"I'm not here to be the queen of a jungle, I'm here to be the queen of a business empire."
The Apprentice has returned for a 15th series with a fresh new batch of ambitious entrepreneurs.
Contestants will take on 12 tough tasks for their chance to become Lord Sugar's business partner and win the £250,000 investment.
In the series opener, we will also see contestants take on a challenge in South Africa.
