Armchair detectives think they have rumbled who Knickerbocker Glory is on The Masked Dancer and it's all down to something written in an autobiography.
One of the most eye-catching contestants in The Masked Singer 's spin off show, Knickerbocker Glory's identity has proved pretty hard to pin down, with Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid one of the names tipped to be behind the mask.
Her absence from GMB this week has done little to quash speculation, despite the fact Masked Dancer was filmed a while ago, and neither has her colleague Ranvir Singh who floated the possibility that Susanna could be the dancer in disguise.
But Susanna is not the person many viewers believe to be Knickerbocker Glory, instead they are now convinced it is Craig Revel-Horwood.
And the Strictly judge is the frontrunner to be inside the costume because of something he wrote in his autobiography.
One of the clues given by Knickerbocker Glory on the show was: "As a young scoop I won a ____ contest with my jelly _" and the statement marries up with something Craig divulged in his memoir that he once won a a cooking contest with a jellied prawn cocktail.
Picking up on the clue, one viewer tweeted: "I'm 99% sure Knickerbocker Glory is Craig Revel Horwood. But I was 99% sure about Rubber Chicken being Bradley Walsh so I could be wrong again."
Magic clues in Knickerbocker Glory's VT pointed other viewers in the direction of young magician turned TV star Stephen Mulhern, while Drag Race UK finalist Baga Chipz is a big tip amongst other fans of the show.
Other names in the frame to be the giant ice cream include Su Pollard and Debbie McGee.
